Jonathan’s Spoons® Wholesale Policies

Opening a Wholesale Account

We do not guarantee exclusivity but we do aim to protect customers purchasing $1,000+ annually in a specific zip code or proximity. If you are reading this, your location has already been searched by our office for any conflicts.

First order minimum: $200
No minimums after your first order
First order must be prepaid (exceptions may be discussed)

How to Order

Orders may be placed via our website www.SpoonsWholesale.com, Phone: 800-776-6853, or email: spoon@woodspoon.com.

Our website is for order submission and tracking only—no financial transactions occur on our site. You will receive an invoice once the order is ready to ship.

Wholesale Price– Minimum quantities per product required (otherwise price is 40% off retail):

10 pcs for smaller items. (Honey Sticks, Spreaders, Chopsticks, small spoons etc.)
5 pcs for medium or larger items. (Spootle®, Stirring Spoon, Tongs, Ladles etc.)

Left-Handed Utensils – can be mixed with right-handed in order to meet required minimum.

Handmade in the USA

Our cherry wood utensils are handcrafted and oiled with food-grade mineral oil. Natural variation in size and color is expected.

Shipping Fees and Payments:

Wholesale orders > $500 = Free UPS Shipping
Wholesale orders < $500 = Flat Rate $20 UPS Shipping
Credit cards: add 3% transaction fee

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada: Same costs as above, USPS

Payment & Prepayment Options

All payments must be in U.S. funds.

Prepayment Options

E-Check or IPN payment through Intuit link – order ships immediately upon payment
Paper Check mailed in: orders are held until the check is received
Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover (add 3% cc transaction fee)

We process payments securely via the Intuit Payment Network.

Terms

After your first prepaid order, you may apply for NET 30 terms (subject to approval).
