AEs assist clients in using the Athena Quotient to identify the right people for their teams. At first, you’ll provide hands-on guidance, helping clients interpret our assessment reports. Over time, as they gain confidence, your workload often decreases, while you earn commission on all their purchases—including tools for broader workforce development.
You earn a 25% commission on every purchase your clients make. For example, if a client spends $1,000 monthly on hiring assessments, you’d earn $250—month after month. Additional purchases for workforce improvement increase your income, rewarding your effort and client relationships.
No. Athena does not charge fees, training, or hidden expenses. AEs are expected to have their own computer with internet access and the ability to join virtual meetings. We provide the digital resources to assist your clients at no charge, ensuring you can focus on advising clients and earning commissions.

No. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position. Athena Assessment expects that the clients you service are satisfied. As long as you love the work and keep your clients happy, we’re thrilled to have you as an AE earning commissions. If you ever choose to retire from the role, we’ll reassign your clients and wish you well.

Even if your only experience in hiring is BEING hired, you understand the hiring process! We’ll train you on the Athena Quotient and its uses, making it accessible to new commission earners.
